About us
Hi! We are the AlpenStudy team. We know first-hand what it is like to study in Austria, because every one of us studies here.
Moving to Austria brought us together. The AlpenStudy team is more than colleagues — we are friends who supported each other through a challenging time like moving to another country. At some point we realised we wanted to help students settle in Austria as easily and pleasantly as we did, and that is how our company was born :)

What makes us different?
-
Our whole team lives in Austria. We know every process, from university admission to a visit to the doctor, because it is part of our everyday life. We go to flat viewings, take your documents to the university and support you at every step after you move to Austria. Some details you only learn by living here — we know them and are happy to share them with you.
-
We accept payment in any currency. Would you like to pay in roubles, hryvnias, dollars or Turkish lira? We have accounts for all of them.
-
We work not only with CIS countries, but with the whole world. Our experts speak eight languages, from Russian and Ukrainian to Japanese and Arabic.
-
Fraud has become more common in Austria. Being here allows us to make all your payments safe, because we can go in person and check everything.
-
We know how other companies work from the inside, and we are not satisfied with it. That is why we were not afraid of the competition. We take responsibility for every stage of the work with each client and stand behind our quality.
