I am so glad I came to you when I did. You literally saved me at the hardest stages: you helped me a great deal with getting into language courses and took on all the hassle of preparing the documents for my Austrian residence permit. On top of that, we even found time to study German at a comfortable, pleasant pace. You know all the subtleties of the language and always explain anything I don’t understand in simple terms.
If anyone is looking for someone who will really help with admission and settling in — I sincerely recommend you!

Anna-Mariia, jan, listen to me carefully!
This is not a chaperone — this is a guardian angel with an Armenian accent who came down from Mount Ararat to show you the way to Austrian paradise!
She meets you at the airport with a folder of documents in one hand and a coffee in the other — and the first question is: “Are you hungry? There’s a bun, want one?” You won’t be scared in Vienna, because Anna-Mariia knows everything: which tram goes where, which signature goes where, and which dean loves long presentations. She translates bureaucratic German with such intonation, as if she were telling the ancient epic of the Daredevils of Sassoun.
Most importantly — she will never leave you! She will text you at 8 a.m.: “Are you awake? Did you submit your application? Have you eaten? Are you even breathing?!” And when you get lost on campus, she will find you faster than an Armenian mother-in-law finds her daughter-in-law.
With her you will feel not like a student, but like a guest of honour at an Armenian wedding: every problem gets solved quickly, with heart, and always with an offer of tea.
Anna-Mariia, you are gold! May your kind soul always find the right offices and tasty lunches. With you, even the Austrian snow feels warmer!
I kiss your thoughts, jan!

Mariia, I don’t even know where to begin! We have shared so many wonderful moments and lovely memories connected with my admission! Let me start by saying that I have been in Vienna for a couple of days now, and that is very largely thanks to you!
Words cannot describe how easy, pleasant and calm it was to work with you! It feels like we became family over this productive year! You supported me, guided me, warned me, calmed me down, kept me informed and told me absolutely everything. I won’t hide it — I am not an easy client, often very meticulous and at times overly anxious, and you stood firm like a rock 😂
Thank you so much! Studying at a university in the European Union has been my dream since childhood, and you made it come true like a fairy godmother with a single wave of her magic wand! I admire your professional approach! It seems to me you know absolutely everything in this field — not a single one of my little, completely pointless questions was left unanswered! Everything was clear, quick, honest and done with real care!
There are so few specialists like you. I am incredibly happy that fate sent you to be my coordinator, and I wish everyone such a mentor from the bottom of my heart! If you ever need a recommendation for future clients, you can always write to me — I will recommend you with all my might! THANK YOU 🙏

Mariia is my friend, and when she offered to help me with admission, I had my doubts. I finished school in Türkiye and was as far as possible from both Austria and German, but now I have been studying on the preparatory courses at the University of Vienna for a year! We prepared all the documents together, and the move went very smoothly.
Masha, thank you so much — without you I wouldn’t even have dreamed of studying abroad!
